The Product Manager for Dyes Flow Cytometry Reagents will be responsible for defining and executing the dye roadmap as well as the Single Color roadmap for our flow cytometry reagents portfolio. This role drives significant impact by managing and enabling OEM opportunities for customers, and shaping strategic dye and single color conjugates offerings that expand our market presence and portfolio capabilities.

This position reports to the Head of Flow Cytometry Reagents Product Management and is part of the Product Management Reagents team based in a major city in the US or in EU and will be remote.

In this remote role in France, you will have the opportunity to:

·Define, manage, and execute the strategic roadmap for dyes and single color reagents in the flow cytometry reagents portfolio.

·Engage with OEM and future customers to support dye integration into their conjugates and enable new applications.

·Conduct market and customer research to identify unmet needs, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscape insights.

·Build business cases and data-driven recommendations to support portfolio growth and new dye and single color reagents investments.

·Work cross-functionally with R&D, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to support feasibility, market validation, and launch planning.

The essential requirements of the job include:

·Bachelor’s degree, in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.

·7+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or business development within flow cytometry, fluorescent dyes, single color reagents or life sciences reagents.

·Experience managing OEM partnerships, or technology collaborations.

·Knowledge of flow cytometry workflows, multi-parameter panel design and dye applications.

·Experience working in regulated clinical or diagnostic environments (e.g., IVD, CE-IVD, IVDR).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

·Masters or PhD degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.

·Roadmap planning for reagents or dyes.

·Business development, commercial partnership management, or enabling OEM programs.

·Dye chemistry, conjugation technologies, or novel fluorescent applications.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements (if applicable):

·Ability to travel up to 40%, including customer visits, congresses, and partner meetings (domestic and international).

·No additional physical lifting or environmental requirements anticipated for this role.

Ce poste est responsable de la stratégie globale des colorants (dyes) et des réactifs single‑color pour le portefeuille de cytométrie en flux de Beckman Coulter Life Sciences.

Le/la Product Manager définit et exécute la feuille de route des colorants, développe des partenariats OEM, et soutient l’expansion du portefeuille via des décisions d’investissement fondées sur les données. Le rôle offre une forte visibilité stratégique et un impact direct sur la présence marché et l’innovation à long terme.

Poste remote en France

Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l’occasion de

• Définir, piloter et exécuter la feuille de route stratégique des colorants et réactifs single‑color du portefeuille de cytométrie en flux

• Développer et accompagner les collaborations OEM, en soutenant l’intégration des colorants dans les conjugaisons clients et le développement de nouvelles applications

• Réaliser des analyses de marché, clients et concurrence afin d’identifier les besoins non couverts et les opportunités de croissance

• Construire des business cases et formuler des recommandations pour les investissements en nouveaux colorants et réactifs

• Travailler en transverse avec les équipes R&D, Affaires Médicales, Marketing, Réglementaire et Commerciales sur les phases de faisabilité, validation marché et préparation des lancements

Les exigences essentielles pour ce poste sont les suivantes :

• Diplôme de niveau Bachelor / Licence en Sciences de la Vie, Chimie, Biochimie, Biotechnologie ou domaine connexe

• Au moins 7 ans d’expérience en product management, marketing ou business development dans la cytométrie en flux, les colorants fluorescents et les réactifs single‑color ou réactifs pour les sciences de la vie

• Expérience avérée dans la gestion de partenariats OEM ou de collaborations technologiques

• Solide compréhension des workflows de cytométrie en flux, de la conception de panels multiparamétriques, des applications des colorants

• Expérience en environnement réglementé (IVD, CE‑IVD, IVDR)
