The Supervisor, Clinical Supply & Logistics is responsible for leading clinical instruments and supply operations for clinical programs. This role oversees day-to-day operational execution while building scalable processes and developing a high-performance team. The Supervisor will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure reliable, compliant, and timely supply support for clinical activities. Ā
This positionĀ reports to theĀ Senior Manager, Clinical SupplyĀ & LogisticsĀ andĀ is part of theĀ Business Enablement & Logistics Team under the Danaher Clinical CenterĀ OfĀ ExcellenceĀ locatedĀ inĀ Chaska,Ā Minnesota,Ā USAĀ and will beĀ anĀ on-siteĀ role.Ā Ā Ā
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead clinical supply andlogisticsoperations with primary accountability for Beckman Coulterāsclinical programs, ensuringaccurateand on-time delivery ofclinicalsupplies and instruments.Ā
Partner with leadership to build,optimize, and standardizeclinicalsupply chain processesto improveoperational efficiency, including developing inventory management systems andthetracking process for clinical suppliers.
Develop and manage a team of associates, ensuringstrong performance, engagement, and capabilitydevelopment.
Ensure reliable supply planning, inventory management,andrisk identifications;proactively resolve supply constraintsto preventdisruptionto clinicalactivities.
Serve as the key point of contact for Beckman-related supply topics, working closely withinternal stakeholders (e.g.,Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance, RegulatoryAffairsorGlobal Supply Chain) and external vendors/logisticsproviders to ensure seamless execution.Ā
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal quality systems for all clinical supply andlogisticsactivities, including documentation, audits, andinspectionreadiness.
Lead the implementation and optimization of digital tools and systems.(e.g., ERP, inventory tracking platforms) to enhance visibility,traceability,and control across the clinical supply chain.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelorās degree in supply chain, Life Sciences, Business, orarelatedfield
3+ years of experience in Clinical Supply orClinicalOperations.
Experience working in a regulatedenvironment, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements in clinical supply andlogistics.
Highly organizedanddetail-oriented, andthe ability tobalancestrategic process developmentandhands-on operational execution.
Good communicationand stakeholder management skills.
Strongsystemskills:experience withERP systemssuch as Oracle, SAP, Axaptapreferred.
Solid project management experience.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel ā Up to 10 % travel, overnight, within territory or locations
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Leadership or team coordination experience is preferred but notĀ required.Ā

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000-$130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
