Ā ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet everyone (teammates and customers) and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.Ā Ā Ā Ā
Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā
Assist with transporting merchandise for customers throughout the store.Ā Ā
Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company informationĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā
Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates & customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.Ā Ā Ā
Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred
