The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and performance of lifecycle and promotional messaging across email and push notification channels for US + CA. This role drives audience strategy, testing, and personalization initiatives to improve engagement, revenue, and customer lifetime value. This manager will partner cross-functionally with brand marketing, creative, merchandising, and technology teams. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise and passion for lifecycle channels, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization strategy, with a background in CRM or lifecycle marketing and an understanding of personalization at scale.This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Chicago, IL office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
