Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 3000 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana, California and offices in New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Japan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Canada, Mexico, Germany, and France.

As part of our interview process, we request that candidates have their cameras on during video interviews. This helps foster meaningful conversation and allows us to create an experience that closely resembles our standard working environment. Certain interview steps may take place by phone. For remote roles, and at our discretion, candidates may be asked to participate in an on-site interview as part of the final stages of the process.

現在PSA Japanでは、経理スタッフを募集しています。主に必要なスキルには、支払処理、Microsoft ExcelやGoogle スプレッドシートの中~上級スキル、オペレーション部門やカスタマーサポート部門と効果的に連携する能力が含まれます。

PSA Japanのファイナンスディレクター直属となり、東京オフィスで業務を遂行していただきます。

職務内容詳細: 

• 月次仕訳の作成と入力　および　月次・四半期・年次決算プロセスのサポート

• 支払処理（支払依頼内容精査/証憑確認/担当者への連絡等含む）

• 社員立替経費精算（経費申請チェック/修正業務等含む）

• 入出金・小口現金の管理

• 書類のコピー、スキャンやファイリング業務

• 内部監査および外部監査対応のサポート

• 税理士事務所対応のサポート

• 請求・支払に関するメールや電話での取引先との連絡

• データ集計、レポート作成のサポート等

• ソフトウェアのアップグレードや導入の支援

求められる人材: 

• 周囲とコミュニケーションをスムーズにとることができるチームプレイヤー

• 能動的、主体的に活動し、明るく業務を遂行することができる

• 細部にまで気を配り、複数の業務を同時遂行することが可能

• 優れた整頓能力、問題解決能力、及び時間管理能力

• 会計資格（日商簿記検定2級程度）、もしくは　同等の知識及び経験

• 事業会社での経理経験３年～５年

• MS Excel・Googleスプレッドシートなど中級から上級のパソコンスキル

• 監査対応のサポート経験（伝票起票、勘定科目への造詣）・外資系企業での勤務経験があれば尚可

業務遂行に不可欠な作業・動作:

• 長時間の座り作業

職場環境:

• 経理部門の作業はオフィス環境で行われます

• 作業エリアの騒音レベルは通常低レベルです
