The team designs, optimizes, and maintains technologyâenabled processes that support risk governance and oversight across the enterprise. The team operates at the intersection of risk, data, and technology, ensuring that reporting pipelines, workflows, controls, and supporting tools are scalable, standardized, and operationally sound.

Build strong working relationships across RQA, business partners, and technology teams to enable smoother coordination, faster decisionâmaking, and crossâteam alignment.
Manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies across workstreams; negotiate realistic delivery commitments with stakeholders and ensure transparent communication of risks and progress.
Monitor SLAs, operational metrics, and workflow health; coordinate issue tracking, remediation actions, and produce materials for committee and leadership reporting.
Maintain governance artifacts such as procedures, RACIs, workflow inventories, and playbooksâensuring alignment with policy and audit control expectations
