Member Solutions Representative

Candidates will be required to attend in-person training in our Maitland, FL office for the first 4-6 weeks. 

Start Dates: We are currently hiring throughout the remainder of 2026 and have multiple training classes planned for the following start dates:

• 05/04/2026

• 06/01/2026

• 08/10/2026

• 10/05/2026

• 10/19/2026

• 11/02/2026

• 11/30/2026

Schedule: Monday through Friday 11:30am - 8:00pm EST (training schedule will be Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST for the first 4 - 6 weeks)

Compensation: $16.50 per hour plus a variable pay (performance bonuses)

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with precision, turning potentially challenging situations into positive experiences.

• Work closely with team members and other departments to continuously improve our processes and enhance the customer journey. 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

Alegeus colleagues are known as problem-solvers, risk-takers, and innovative thinkers. As a Member Solutions Representative, these skills are essential for success: 

• Requirements: Must have a reliable broadband internet connection (DSL, cable or fiber with 25 Mbps or higher) with the ability to directly connect to a router (wired) if negative call quality is observed when using a wireless connection. Satellite, dial-up or personal hot spots are not permitted. 

• Abilities: Ability to handle complex customer interactions, exceptional communication skills, proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving and a commitment to quality. 

• Experience: 1-2 years of customer service call center experience preferred.  

• Education: High School Diploma or GED isrequired. 

• Location: Within a 4-hour drive of our Maitland, FL office.
