Our Compliance teams are a cornerstone of our business and we are looking for an experienced Program Specialist to serve the team. As a Compliance Program (QA) Specialist you will support the team to ensure we follow internal policies, local jurisdiction financial service laws, and other applicable regulatory requirements. You will be an essential liaison to loudly share the voice of our customers and analysts. You will also oversee quality assurance and change projects to support the compliance analysts in their roles with a data-driven approach to outcomes and solutions.The scope of your responsibilities

Improve work processes - identifies and creates the processes necessary to work and look for ways to improve processes, from small tweaks to complete Reengineering.

Collaborate - works cooperatively with others across the organisation to achieve shared goals, partners with others to work.
Support our AML Compliance Teams by providing feedback and insights gained from regular assurance testing
Identify and share unusual or outlier issues, perform root cause analysis
Keep up to date with a focus on process, product, workflow opportunities
Attentively listen to others and adjust to fit the audience and the message. Provide and helpful information to others across the organisation and encourage the open expression of diverse ideas and opinions
Design and deliver induction and refresher team to the STAR Compliance Team.
Engage in SOP review and maintenance
Any other additional duties as may be required
What you'll bring to the role
Hebrew C1 and English C1
Experience with AML, CTF, KYC
Substantive knowledge of applicable compliance issues and requirements
Experience with payments products, services, and operations
Support with the detection of non-obvious patterns and design solutions for complex issues directly affecting the customer experience
Sharing of knowledge in a global team environment
Program Management experience
1+ years of experience either overseeing or directly contributing to operational compliance programs
Working Model:
Location: On-site at our offices in Victoriei Square, Bucharest
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break
