Key Responsibilities
Analytics and Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate commercial information from the B2C channel.
- Prepare periodic performance reports (sales, conversions, product mix, pricing).
- Identify deviations, trends, and improvement opportunities based on data insights.
Support to the Trade-In Commercial Team
- Assist the team in monitoring campaigns, promotions, and commercial activities.
- Support pricing analysis, offer evaluations, and competitiveness assessments of the Trade-In program
- Contribute to the control and validation of information related to devices, valuations, and volumes.
eCommerce Channel Knowledge and Management
- Support the analysis of user behavior in the digital B2C channel.
- Assist in tracking eCommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, average order value, etc.).
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and improve commercial performance.
Market Research
- Conduct market benchmarking (pricing, offers, promotions, trends).
- Analyze competitors and market proposals related to Trade-In and direct sales.
