The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Quality Production Specialist (Level 3) to support the Investigations team onsite in Puyallup, Washington.Â
Position Responsibilities:Â
Reviews and validates product non-conformances and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirementsÂ
Performs analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of products, operations and processes to Quality Management System requirements, applicable company procedures, contract requirements or government regulationsÂ
Applies knowledge of aerospace design, systems and integration to perform failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components and systemsÂ
Trains and mentors fellow employees in the Quality Management SystemÂ
Performs root cause analysis on the nonconformance to identify the cause and prevent reoccurrenceÂ
Independently develops, modifies and documents actions to assure problem resolution or to implement corrective/preventive action and documents resolutionÂ
Obtains corrective action on nonconforming plans and hardware/processesÂ
Negotiates concurrence, obtains commitments for taking preventive and corrective action, prioritizes quality activities and ensures problem resolutionÂ
Reviews and validates the corrective action plans and identifies effectivity to ensure completionÂ
Reviews and approves Quality planning changes or disposition of nonconformance hardware products/processesÂ
Guides validation of configuration management, quality procedures and material review policies to deliver the software productsÂ
Develops software system processes to support changing industry standardsÂ
Reviews and implements corrective action on audit results to ensure media is stored and handled per engineering defined requirementsÂ
Interprets industry standards and provide recommendations for implementationÂ
Creates analytical reports and coordinates with the responsible parties for internal/external distributionÂ
Works under general directionÂ
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Â
3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environmentÂ
3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)Â
3+ years of experience in conducting a Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) associated with a complex technical issueÂ
3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Â
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Â
3+ years of experience in verification of requirements (command media)Â
3+ years of experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and suppliersÂ
1+ years of experience assisting in the flow down quality requirements within the build planÂ
1+ years of experience with the Boeing Production System (BPS)Â
1+ years of experience as a Quality InspectorÂ
