ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: What You Will Do
Providessupportonutilizingthe arena’s complex electronic,computer based,opticaland mechanical broadcasting systems.Ensuresregular maintenance and repairs to all broadcast and video production equipment in emergency and preventative situations.
Collaborates withtechnicians on various broadcasting equipment such as recording, video and editing equipment; check equipment for operational readiness; provide operational assistance/instruction to others as needed.
Ensures the integrity of various technical records and engineering logspertaining tobroadcast equipment performance and discrepancies, according to regulations.
Engagesin all aspects of videopost production, including audio mixing, technical direction, C.G. operation, computer editing, videotapeoperationand editing.
Coordinates the set-up of,maintains, andassistsremote production and satellite trucks for internal departments and external vendors/networks.
