The U.S. Insurance Companies Compliance team is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support annuity product initiatives within the Product Compliance division, based in Woodland Hills with a hybrid work environment.
This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a highly collaborative environment, working closely with Product Management to ensure product innovation and enhancements are delivered in a compliant, well-governed manner. Additionally, the role provides visibility with senior leaders and the chance to contribute meaningfully to a Product Compliance program that supports innovation while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory integrity.
The Compliance Specialist will serve as a key partner to Product Management, providing guidance, structure, and clarity throughout the product lifecycle—from concept through launch and ongoing enhancements. This individual will balance attention to detail with an understanding of overall business strategy and will be comfortable sharing viewpoints, influencing discussions, and preparing executive-level briefings related to product compliance efforts.
While experience with annuity products is a plus, this role is especially well-suited for a strong communicator and quick learner who can synthesize complex regulatory concepts and translate them into practical guidance that supports Product Management objectives.
