What you will do in this role
- Supervise the day-to-day performance and attendance of a team of call center associates, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.Â
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members to drive performance and consistently achieve KPIs.
-Identifyperformance gaps, implement action plans and corrective measures, and support employee development.Â
- Ensure the team delivers high-quality service that meets contractual KPIs and financial expectations.Â
- Handle escalated customer cases andactas a subject matter expert when needed.Â
- Lead team meetings, communicate updates clearly, and foster a positive, engaged team environment aligned with company values.Â

Your qualifications
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Frenchand advancedEnglish
- 2â4 years of experience in customer service or call center environments, withleadership exposure preferred.Â
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and team management skills with the ability to drive performance.Â
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Â
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Â
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work under pressure with strong follow-through.Â
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to lead teams effectively and support business needs.Â
