As a vital member of our Primary Care team, youāll provide patient-centered care while collaborating with colleagues in a high-performing, innovative environment.
What Youāll Do
Perform thorough patient histories and physical exams
Ā
Provide basic womenās health services, including Pap smears
Ā
Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans
Ā
Care for adult patients (no pediatrics)
Ā
Interpret x-rays, lab results, and EKGs
Ā
Manage patient flow efficiently with support from our Central Support team
Ā
Provide leadership for medical assistants and clinic staff
Ā
Consult supervising physicians as needed within scope of practice
Ā
Manage a patient panel with a focus on evidence-based quality care
Certified NP or PA with an active state license
Ā
Current national certification and unrestricted DEA license
Ā
At least 1 year of primary care or similar clinical experience
Ā
Comfortable providing adult care and basic womenās health services
Ā
Tech-savvy and adaptable, with a passion for patient-centered innovation
Dedicated to teamwork, transparency, and continuous learningā
BLS and/or ACLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health
