We offer a salary of £22,000 for Degree Apprenticeships, ensuring you’re supported throughout your training and development. 

Data Engineer

What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines usingSnowflakeandDatabricks
• Manage and optimise data platforms for performance and reliability
• Develop modular ETL workflows and orchestrate data processes
• Write efficientPySparkcode, including UDFs and Pandas UDFs
• Ensure high data quality and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful data solutions

What we are looking for

• Exposure through studies, placements, personal projects, or research related todata engineering
• Curiosity, problem‑solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow
• A collaborative mindset and confidence to develop your voice in technical discussions

Development

• Work closely with experienced engineers and contribute to cross‑team projects
• Learn how to integrate AI and data solutions into scalable products
• Apply best practices and take part in architectural decision-making
• Receive mentoring and support to help you identify opportunities for innovation

AI Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimisetransformer‑based models(GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude)
• Fine‑tune large language models for real‑world, domain‑specific applications
• Implement advancedprompt engineeringandRAGtechniques
• Build intelligent agents usingLangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen
• Work with leading cloud platforms such asMicrosoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud

• Passion for AI innovation, creative thinking, and practical problem‑solving

Entry Requirements 

•  Must be 18 years old or over
• 2 GCSE's at grades A-C (9-4) in Maths & English is recommended but not essential
