Job Description:
We areseekingper diem Recovery Specialists formultiplelocationsincluding Danvers, Tewksbury,Lynnand Lowell.Clients are provided with the tools they need to begin developing skills of daily living including goal setting, problem solving, and self-advocacy. Services include nursing support, individual case management, group treatment sessions, aftercare planning, and more. The Recovery Specialistposition isagreat opportunityforsomeone whoseeksto be a positive presence in the lives of those who are struggling with addiction.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities.
Observes and supervises clients andunits; conducts 30-minute client well-being checks.
Conducts telephone admission screenings as well as other admissions duties.
Searchclient belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor.
Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keepingin a timely mannerin accordance withagency policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience working with substance use population is preferred
Valid MA Driver’s License in good standing preferred
Schedule:Per Diemwillingness to work all shifts including days,eveningsand nights on an as-needed basis. Requirement of 2 shifts per month.
Pay Range:
$20.00 - $24.38The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
