The Spa Supervisor is responsiblefor managingquality programs,eventsand staff bymaintaininghigh standardsof quality control,remainingwithin budget guidelines,recruitingand training staff with theassistanceofSpa Management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSÂ
Train and supervise Front Desk / Reservations Coordinators and Locker Room Teams. Activelyparticipatein daily monitoring of Spaand Salonoperations to ensure LXR Luxury Service and Spa standardsoperatingare upheld.
Conduct daily stand-upâsproviding necessary LXRpreshiftinformation and Arizona Biltmore / Human Resources information releases.
Participate in the ordering and maintenance of supply incoordinationwith Spa Leadership.
Initiate operationalefficienciesand innovative ideas in coordination with leadership in allareas,utilizingfeedback from SALT, Spa Membership, spa teammembers,and leadership.
Provide monthlytrainings, team member evaluations,coachingand documentation asneeded.
Assistwith reception desk/reservations and locker room team member work schedules. Perform administrative duties byschedulingappointments, answering phones, andmaintainingbulletin boards and informational flyers.
Act as ManagerOnDuty for the Spa/Salon operations as needed.Effectivelyresolve guest or memberconcernsand ensure guest satisfaction.
Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and associates, damage to our property or the property of others.Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency.Spa champion for Arizona Biltmore Safety Committee.
What are we looking for?
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent,required
Certification,Associateâs Degree or BachelorâsDegree in hospitality or related field, preferred
EXPERIENCE
At least two (2)years' experienceof customer service experience in a guest facing and upscale environment,required
Spa experience,preferred
Luxury hotel / resort experience, preferred
Prior leadership experience, preferred
Experience using a reservation system such as Book4Time, highly preferred
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES
CPR Certified, preferred
Food Handler Card, preferred
