Role Summary and PurposeÂ
â˘Â   Responsibility of administration support to Maidstone and London claims team in line with Arch claims philosophy and values
â˘Â   Report to Claims Team Manager on claims volume trends/significant claims as requiredÂ
 Key Tasks and Responsibilities
â˘Â   Review and manage Claims Mailbox
â˘Â   Distribution of claim portfolio
â˘Â   Claims Management Review of diary managementÂ
â˘Â   Bordereaux management and processing
â˘Â   Claim settlement processing under the authority of the claim manager
â˘Â   Manage internal reporting to London claims teamÂ
â˘Â   Interaction and support of claims management as required
