The candidate will manage a team of Field Application Engineers (FAEs), who support our vertical Datacenter customers.Ā The role demands excellent communication, strategic thinking and hands-on customer technical solving capability. This role requires the ability to understand, aggregate, and synthesize the technical needs of our customers and FAEs.Ā This position also involves working with Sales, Business Units, and Technology Groups to identify key opportunities and convey the voice of our customers. As a manager, your ability to successfully participate in the recruitment, development, and retention of existing and future FAEs will be essential. The candidate should be well-versed across a wide range of technologies.Ā This position requires frequent visits to customers locations in the United States and sometimes key customer global sites.

Shift Type: 1st Shift/DaysThe expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $202,860 to $278,933.Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
