Portico have begun the search for a disciplined and professional Catering Manager to join our team based at a well know bank in Glasgow.
The Catering Manager will oversee the daily hospitality operations of a compact cafe based within the banks offices, which provides high-quality ready to go items for corporate clientele who value efficiency and standards. The is a focus on consistency, food safety and providing a seamless service. Unlike traditional hospitality roles, this position offers a stable predictable environment.
As this is a smaller operation, the Catering Manager will need a “hands on approach”, actively participating in the service and leading from the front, as well as managing one catering assistant and a workplace coordinator.
They will take responsibility for orders and stock management, budgets and compliance (Food safety, fire safety, COSHH)
Hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts from 7am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £32,960 per annum
