We鈥檙e looking for an HR Manager to join our HR team. If you鈥檙e an experienced HR Advisor or HR professional eager to step up, gain broader responsibility, and make a real impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you鈥檒l support Operations Directors and their wider teams in all aspects of people management. You鈥檒l work hands on with employee relations cases, performance management, long鈥憈erm sickness, safeguarding, and day to day HR guidance.
You鈥檒l also be involved in wider HR activity such as TUPE processes, restructures, absence management, recruitment for manager鈥憀evel roles, and championing training, apprenticeships, and continued development across your area. You鈥檒l have the chance to build strong relationships, influence decision鈥憁aking and contribute towards the people management of our teams across the business.
We work with our teams in the kitchens in primary and secondary schools and colleges and therefore our busy periods are in term time, which then gives us some time to catch our breath during the school holidays. Working as part of a team is essential and you will need to be a great communicator too and be able to organise your time and work on your own initiative where required. Most of all you should be a real people person who is happy to help support our managers and teams. If you have the drive and passion you will be a great success.
