This Catering Administrator role is Monday to Friday and is a great opportunity for someone to join our busy kitchen at Outwood Grange Academy
The Catering Administrator will assist the kitchen manager with administration of the kitchen and management of the cashless system.
- £12.71 Per hour
- 22.5 Hours per week
- Term-time only
Responsibilities:
- Manage all deliveries (Goods In), checking items against order sheets, recording discrepancies, and distributing stock appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records for food safety, temperature logs, stock levels, and training documentation.
- Coordinate stock control, including rotation, storage, monthly stocktakes, and updating inventory and pricing records.
- Process and reconcile invoices, liaising with suppliers and the finance team as needed.
- Attend team meetings and maintain clear communication with chefs, management, and staff.
- Manage student cashless queries and stationary purchases through service times
