SAP SuccessFactors Consultant- Compensation Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing of customer situation and implementation of customer-specific requirements with the SuccessFactors solution
- Responsibility in both technical analysis, technical conception, and implementation of (Best Practice-) solutions for SAP SuccessFactors
- Consulting and support for the customer and the integration team in Core-Hybrid projects (integration between SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central)
- Independent configuration of the SAP SuccessFactors module Compensation (and Variable Pay). Other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central are beneficial.
- Conducting workshops with stakeholders, demonstrating best practices, and training users.

- Accompanying and implementing international rollouts with region-specific compensation rules
- Participating in bid teams in the creation and quality assurance of offers through expert knowledge
- Supporting the pre-sales process with technical expertise and product demos of SAP Employee Central to demonstrate the potential for digital transformation in HR
- Actively participate with our experts in the development of innovative implementation strategies and drive the optimization of SF systems to support our clients' digital HR strategy.
