In collaboration with the Manager,Talent Acquisition, the advisor will be responsible for talent acquisition activities and follow鈥憉ps for Transat operations.
- Carry out all steps of the talent acquisition process (intake meetings, pre鈥憇creening, interviews, candidate follow鈥憉p, pre鈥慹mployment checks, job offers, etc.);
- Build strong partnerships with managers and HR business partners to support their recruitment needs;
- Advise managers, among other things, in assessing candidates and making hiring decisions;
- Propose and implement talent attraction and acquisition strategies while staying up to date on market trends;
- Contribute to various continuous improvement projects and talent acquisition initiatives;
- Draw the attention of active and passive candidates through formal and informal networks, and maintain relationships with potential candidates to develop a pipeline;
- Develop and adapt selection tools;
- Analyze pay equity, make recommendations, and present offers to candidates;
- Perform administrative activities related to talent acquisition (tracking dashboards, employment contracts, onboarding documents, etc.).
