Operations Leadership : Oversee and optimize daily plant operations, ensuring smooth workflow, material availability, and schedule adherence and delivery commitments. Lead and manage core operational functions including Assembly, Warehousing, Procurement, and Logistics.
Production & Delivery Excellence : Direct and control production activities to ensure output meets quality, cost, and delivery standards. Ensure seamless coordination between assembly, supply chain, planning, and quality for efficient order execution. Monitor WIP flow, reduce bottlenecks, and improve cycle time and throughput.
Supply Chain, Procurement & Vendor Management : Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely arrival of materials, adherence to specifications, and supplier reliability. Manage warehousing, inventory control, and internal logistics for efficient material movement and space utilization.
Operational Analytics, Continuous Improvement & Industry 4.0: Monitor daily/weekly KPIs (output, efficiency, OEE, OTIF, inventory health, logistics costs). Analyze performance data and implement corrective actions, productivity improvements, and waste reduction initiatives. Drive structured problem-solving, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean practices within operational teams. Drive and support digitalization, automation, and process modernization within operations functions.
Cost & Budget Management : Manage operational budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution of production, warehousing, and logistics activities.
People Leadership & Capability Development : Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors, engineers, and team leads across operational functions and Oversee performance management, training, and skill development for operational teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Sales, Project Management, and Service teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and internal projects. Ensure strong coordination during trials, FAT, dispatch planning, and commissioning readiness activities.
