Design and execute supplier development programs, performance evaluation frameworks, and strategic partnerships to enhance supplier capability and accountability.
Implement supply chain risk management strategies, including supplier diversification, contingency planning, and ongoing monitoring of market dynamics and mitigation actions.
Conduct market intelligence and analysis to identify emerging trends, technologies, and sourcing opportunities.
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Project Management to align procurement with business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and new product development initiatives.
Ensure adherence to procurement governance, sourcing board protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical and sustainable sourcing practices.
Oversee contract management, documentation control, compliance audits, and management of CAPEX and OPEX procurement budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
