We鈥檙e looking for a sharp, detail-driven Inventory Clerk to keep our dealership鈥檚 vehicle records accurate, organized, and audit-ready鈥攚hile also serving as backup support for our Billing Clerk. If you鈥檙e fast, precise, and thrive behind the scenes of a high-volume operation, this role is for you.
What You鈥檒l Do:
- Stock in all new and used vehicles quickly and accurately (VINs, costs, options, pricing)
- Maintain real-time inventory records and resolve discrepancies
- Process trades, purchases, and dealer transfers
- Organize and maintain deal jackets and required documentation
- Track titles, MSOs, and registration paperwork
- Assist with inventory reconciliations, reporting, and flooring audits
- Monitor aging inventory and flag issues proactively
- Step in to support billing: process deals, verify paperwork, and ensure accuracy when needed
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Accounting to keep deals moving smoothly
