Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: conduct scoping sessions with clients, define project scope, plan and review timelines, track dependencies, and ensure smooth execution across all parties.
Serve as the technical counterpart in projects: understand Customer Data Platform (CDP) architecture, API integrations, data flows, event tracking, and implementation requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks by collaborating with developers, business analyst, data analysts, and data engineers, etc.
Review, validate, and ensure the accuracy and feasibility of technical deliverables.
Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies: manage backlog, run sprint planning, monitor progress, and maintain documentation using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Lead client onboarding and product education: conduct training sessions, provide hands-on support for platform users, and gather client feedback.
Facilitate both technical and non-technical discussions to ensure all stakeholders share a consistent understanding.
Communicate risks, manage expectations, and maintain transparent stakeholder communication throughout the project.
