Definition and management of Statements of Requirements (SOR), DVPs, and DFMEA for thermal systems
Development of vehicle thermal management strategies, including arbitration between battery cooling, engine cooling, and cabin comfort
Detailed packaging of cooling components (fans, tanks, brackets) within vehicle constraints
Creation of 2D drawings with GD&T and management of CAD data in PLM systems
Coordination with suppliers and validation of design maturity through development phases
Support of design reviews and technical validation activities (DMU, simulations, testing)
Identification and resolution of packaging and thermal performance issues
