About the role
As the Lead Regional EHS Manager, you will lead the regional EHS program and team across Securitas’ datacenter physical security operations. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing systems, policies, training, and cultural initiatives that protect people and reduce risks. This role oversees a geographically distributed team of EHS professionals and acts as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including client EHS leadership.

What you’ll do
As the Lead Regional EHS Manager, you will lead the strategic development and execution of a regional EHS program that supports datacenter physical security operations. You will lead and oversee a small team of skilled EHS professionals, providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure consistent implementation of EHS programs across the EMEA region, as part of a larger global EHS organization.
You will be accountable for ensuring compliance with datacenter safety policies, regulatory requirements, while actively promoting and reinforcing a strong, proactive safety culture across security operations. Your responsibilities will include supporting the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of EHS initiatives, including conducting injury investigations and risk assessment of new and existing datacenters. This role also involves administrative functions such as policy governance, training co-consultation, and audit coordination on operations' corrective actions.
You will manage EHS performance metrics, leveraging tools such as PowerBI and Excel to develop and present actionable findings to senior leadership and key stakeholders to support informed decision-making and continuous risk reduction. You’ll oversee local policy creation, risk assessments, and emergency planning while driving continuous improvement in safety practices. You'll play a key role in mentoring staff, collaborating with stakeholders, auditing incident investigations, and managing client relationships to ensure alignment with service expectations and safety performance metrics.
