- Follow Assignment Instructions and maintain accurate incident logs.
- Enforce site safety and security procedures professionally.
- Support health & safety: report hazards, assist with evacuations, respond to alarms.
- Help prevent loss, theft, and damage; report suspicious activity.
- Operate security equipment and follow âstop and searchâ policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
- Handle calls, assist visitors, and ensure smooth shift handovers.
- Support management and uphold company values: Integrity, Vigilance, Helpfulness.
