As part of our Talent team, you will play a key role in strengthening our people strategy across Spain and Portugal. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, combining full-cycle hiring expertise with a strong focus on stakeholder partnership, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
A key element of this role is supporting the rollout of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and helping embed a new, scalable way of working that leverages AI to improve quality of hire, speed, and candidate experience.
In this position, you will:
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for both retail and head office teams.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the process.
- Support and drive adoption of the new ATS, ensuring high-quality usage, compliance, and consistent reporting across teams.
- Interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights that support decision-making and business growth.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to internal and external communication channels.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes, bringing creativity and innovation to every step.
- Participate in projects and initiatives that elevate our Talent Acquisition function.
