This is a part time opportunity, 25 hours a week to be a key member of our Rexel Bunbury branch and be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to customers within the electrical industry
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently whilst ensuring timely delivery
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolving customer concerns and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock availability and order fulfilment
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures
- Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues to achieve collective goals
