We are presenting an opportunity for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our incredible and highly regarded kitchen team in Landline at Park Hotel Kenmare. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated kitchen section, maintaining exceptional food quality standards, mentoring junior chefs â when required, and ensuring the highest standards of HACCP compliancy.
This role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and a commitment to excellence in a kitchen environment that consistently strives for the best.
This is a fixed-term, 6-month contract.
