As the Senior Manager Customer & Operations for Global Airports youâll be responsible for driving the delivery of exceptional airport customer experiences and operational performance across our global network.
Youâll lead the team responsible for the design and implementation of customer service strategies, above and below-the wing operational support frameworks and technology solutions; ensuring alignment with financial, safety, and regulatory outcomes. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, youâll oversee the successful execution of airport operations, including new market mobilisations, product and aircraft launches, charter operations and special events.
