Essential Functions
- Lead and manage the overall operations of PSS including responsibility for the distribution centers and related supply chain activities.
- Oversee inventory control, warehousing, transportation, and logistics operations to optimize service delivery and cost. Work with team members, vendors, suppliers, and carriers to ensure seamless operations and timely deliveries.
- Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team, including project managers, customer support staff, warehouse managers and other operational staff. Provide leadership and guidance to teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Manage the operational budget, working capital, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving measures without sacrificing service quality.
