As an Office Assistant you will be a key member of the team in our Madrid office and will be the go to person supporting the sales teams with their day-to-day tasks and ensuring smooth operation across the office.
Office Assistant's duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the CEO with daily activities
- Managing the office diary
- Assisting the wider team with scheduling client meetings
- Managing travel and accommodation needs and organising training for office as required
- Overseeing Accounts Payable / Receivables
- Taking meeting minutes
- Maintain a clean and organised office area at all times, processing and distributing daily post
- Maintaining stationary for office
- Any other ad hoc administration tasks
