Project Management and Oversight: Support the delivery of the LUCA Rollout project on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. This includes driving crucial project processes, ensuring transparency, and coordinating with various stakeholders to manage the implementation phases
Strategic Alignment: Work with the LUCA central project team to drive the business transformation approach that aligns with the company's strategic vision
Value and Impact Focus: Collaborate with the project transformation office. This involves scoping the Rollout program effectively to focus on high-value areas and avoid low-value localizations
Stakeholder Management: Facilitate detailed reviews and decision meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the program team, external partners, and rollout countries. Prepare regular updates for stakeholders and senior management on rollout project progress
Risk and Compliance Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies together with the rollout managers. Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices
Change Management: Support change management initiatives, ensuring timely alignment with key decision-makers to secure organization-wide buy-in
