The mission of the Functional Support Analyst will be under the control of a support leader to :
- Support Murex Front office users : assist users worldwide (Trading, Risk, Back Office, Regulatory/Compliance, …) with responsiveness and efficiency,
- Monitor & follow up Murex Production chain (End of Day Reporting, Performance optimization, Process securitization & robustness),
- Analyze, investigate & resolve production issues with collaboration with Vendor and Natixis IT Murex teams,
- Regularly communicate the production status with Murex clients, ensure the quality of service and facilitate knowledge sharing within the support analyst team.
