The Opportunity:
This role partners closely with the Senior Director and is responsible for a key portfolio of partners and creates commercial plans to maximize their licensed brands/properties. This role will be a strategic partner to many internal & external teams. The ability to understand the big picture, while driving execution around the needs of the joint business, will serve them well.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Produce new business opportunities for key portfolio and provide input into business proposal creation
- Lead competitive and category analysis (e.g., Circana/NPD) to identify white space opportunities, optimize product plans, and support new business proposals
- Drive key commercial planning milestones ensuring alignment with global business objectives and partner priorities
- Deliver actionable demand and sales insights that help guide regional and global strategies
- Own forecasting processes that support business planning
- Translate POS and market performance data into strategic recommendations that inform both internal decision-making and external partner alignment
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by setting agendas, synthesizing discussions, and driving follow-up actions for global commercial meetings and partner touchpoints
