Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders – including business leaders, public and private infrastructure operators, and strategic partners.
Lead the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
Drive revenue growth through strategic account development, upselling, and expansion into new use cases and customer segments.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management, escalation handling, and solution alignment.
Maintain a well-organized pipeline using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce), keeping all activities and touchpoints well-documented.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver tailored solutions and customer value in Austria.
