Responsible for driving commercial growth across the retail, parking, and fuel station sectors within the DACH region.
Position vaylens backend solutions as a key platform for shopping centers, parking facility operators, and fuel station networks to efficiently manage and scale EV charging infrastructure.
Identify new market opportunities by analyzing trends, customer behavior, and technology adoption in the target segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders – including decision-makers in retail groups, real estate companies, parking operators, and fuel station brands or oil companies.
Ensure long-term customer retention through structured account planning, proactive success management, and timely issue resolution.
Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage the sales pipeline, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Finance to deliver maximum value to partners in the retail, parking, and fueling sectors.
