This role is based 5 days a week at our Shirebrook HQ
As part of the People Performance team, reporting into a People Business Partner, you鈥檒l work in a generalist role supporting the delivery of our people plans. You鈥檒l partner with our Retail teams, specifically with Regional/Area Managers, supporting them with people solutions across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Holding regular reviews with stakeholders to review their people, covering all elements of the colleague experience
- Working with other teams within the People function, including Recruitment and Learning & Development
- Completing talent reviews with stakeholders, agreeing actions and proactively monitoring progress of these
- Succession planning for key roles
- Supporting with upskilling of managers
- Maintaining a focus on colleague engagement
- Supporting with new store openings and closure processes
- Managing employee relations cases
