As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in leading all aspects of club performance โ driving commercial results, operational excellence and an outstanding member experience.
- Lead & Develop: Recruit, coach and elevate a high-performing team, delivering regular, constructive feedback to maximise engagement and results.
- Drive Commercial Performance: Take ownership of all revenue lines including memberships, Personal Training and secondary spend, ensuring strong profitability and KPI delivery.
- Deliver Exceptional Member Experience: Create a welcoming, energetic and premium environment that enhances every member interaction and builds long-term loyalty.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all sales and operational processes, ensuring FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND and MOVE are consistently executed to company standard.
- Champion Standards: Maintain best-in-class cleanliness, safety and presentation across the club at all times.
- Adapt & Problem Solve: Respond quickly to challenges, support the team through change and drive practical, results-focused solutions.
