Your responsibilities
- Personnel administration for several stores across the Netherlands:
- Daily payroll management in collaboration with the social secretariat.
- Main point of contact for all HR‑related questions from employees.
- Processing daily HR documents, including reports, contracts, amendments, letters, workplace accident files, disciplinary actions, etc.
- Optimisation of HR administration:
- Accurate data entry and management in HR and payroll administration systems.
- Performance control through detailed analyses.
- Collaboration with store teams to manage HR files while ensuring compliance with company deadlines
