As a Senior Executive, Retail Marketing, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of strategic retail marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Execute, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day operations of retail marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and advertising activities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords and shopping mall marketing teams to maximise marketing opportunities.
- Plan and execute partnership and collaboration opportunities with malls, brands, and external partners.
- Liaise closely with internal teams (Retail Operations, VM, Creative, Digital) and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Plan, manage, and optimise retail marketing communication channels, including sourcing strategic advertising opportunities such as Digital OOH, viral platforms, In-Store Displays, and printed materials.
- Monitor, analyse, and evaluate the effectiveness of retail marketing activities and advertising performance.
- Conduct regular retail store visits and market surveys to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and in-store execution standards.
- Prepare, compile, and manage retail marketing reports, post-campaign evaluations, and documentation.
- Support budget tracking and cost management for retail marketing initiatives when required.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Retail Marketing Manager.
