Strategic Planning & Calendar Management
- Develop and manage the annual retail trade calendar.
- Plan, strategize, and evaluate retail marketing activations, identifying opportunities to strengthen impact and efficiency.
Campaign & Promotion Management
- Lead the Retail Marketing team in executing retail promotions, campaigns, events, and advertising initiatives with accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop in-store marketing strategies and point-of-sale materials to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Ensure annual sales targets are supported through effective, data-driven marketing strategies.
Collaboration & Partnerships
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop impactful, aligned marketing plans.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility through partnerships and joint marketing initiatives.
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage the A&P budget to optimize ROI and cost efficiency.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Operational & Team Leadership
- Oversee multiple divisions, including mall marketing, mailroom, and design & creative teams.
- Manage day-to-day operational and administrative processes to ensure smooth execution of all marketing activities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve departmental objectives and drive professional growth.

- Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Line Manager and/or Management.
