Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- Promote a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by supporting housekeeping, safety systems, and risk mitigation efforts.
- Troubleshoot and improve HDPE board manufacturing processes using RCA, DOE, and other problem-solving tools.
- Collaborate with Engineering and R&D on product and process development, modifications, and testing through support efforts as well as project ownership.
- Develop, document, and validate setup procedures and process standards for PE board equipment.
- Inspect products and processes to identify defects and drive quality improvements.
- Train and support operators through hands-on instruction and team engagement.
- Help meet daily production goals and ensure accurate performance reporting by tracking and reporting out on Line rates, quality, and availability. Tasks to include running lines with a focus on coaching and development of TTL鈥檚 and operators.
- Support custom sample trials and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Support tooling and production through tool trial, run offs, and die cleanings as needed.
