Job Responsibilities:
- Project Ownership & Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to help implement strategic initiatives. Own project management, including facilitating meetings, tracking progress and driving project completion.
- Insight Generation: Synthesize data and insights into clear and actionable recommendations. Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership.
- Capability Building: Support the development of programs to build expertise in strategy, analytics, and transformation methodologies.
- Strategic Analysis & Research: Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and internal benchmarking in support of FBINās enterprise transformation agenda
- Financial Modeling & Business Case Support: Build financial models and prepare business cases to evaluate strategic options and quantify potential impact.
- Portfolio & Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of strategic initiatives and develop dashboards to track KPIs and value realization.
