Job Description

Support operational management with HR-related topics and day-to-day people matters
Assist in developing and implementing people initiatives that support engagement and team performance across hubs
Support the rollout of HR policies, processes, and trainings related to the employee lifecycle
Maintain and improve HR processes that enhance the overall employee experience
Ensure HR administration and practices comply with Dutch labour laws and regulations
Respond to internal and external People Operations inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Support employee relations topics and provide guidance to managers where needed
Contribute to HR reporting and people analytics to support decision-making
Collaborate with the People Team to improve and scale HR processes and policies
